The housing and frame
The type of tent fabric tells a lot about the properties of a tent and to what extent they protect you from outside influences. The tent canvas of the High Peak Kite 2.0 tunnel tent is made of polyester (190T) and has a PU coating as an additional protective layer. This material is waterproof and creates a water column up to 3000 mm, in combination with the taped seams the tent is leak-proof. However, do not place items against the tent fabric (do not confuse condensation with leakage). The sewn-in groundsheet together with the Fiberglass (fiberglass) tent poles form the basis of the construction.

Well thought-out details
The two permanent all-weather ventilation frames with spacers as well as the generous space between the inner and outer tent ensure excellent air circulation. Keep the vents open at all times for optimal operation. The mesh lining keeps insects at bay. During hot days, we recommend using the mesh part of the door for extra ventilation. The red guy lines and markings of this green tunnel tent are a nice contrast but also good for safety. These details help you navigate at dusk or at night.
